Company Profile: A leading technology and digital services provider to travel and hospitality industry assisting social media management, customer service, booking and reservations
Requirements:
Korean National proficient in English preferably permanent visa in the Philippines
At least 2 years in college
With customer service background is required
Has knowledge in social media platforms

Responsibilities:
Answer inquiries from Koreans customers service request in social media platforms
Manage the social networking sites including facebook, twitter and other similar platforms
Handle customer concerns, questions and inquiries using these social media platforms
Attend the customer's request in a timely manner.
