Gather and enter patient intake information accurately, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Monitor and track incoming referrals from various sources to ensure timely follow-up and processing. Review and validate diagnosis codes (ICD codes) to ensure accuracy for billing and clinical documentation. Communicate regularly with the Intake Manager to address issues, updates, and support overall intake operations. Assist in coordinating tasks related to both pre-admission (e.g., insurance checks, documentation) and post-admission follow-up.
