Overseeing fleet management, ensuring 100% vehicle registration and timely preventive maintenance. Ensuring timely service of all messengerial requests from Sapphire and emails within the agreed TAT. Monitoring and logging all service requests received for the logistics department. Tracking payments to third-party service providers, suppliers, and vendors for accuracy and timeliness. Handling inquiries and requests from Head Offices and Branches. Participating in streamlining logistics processes. What we're looking for Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics management. Willing to do fieldwork Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word) Strong people management skills. Excellent work ethics. Strong customer service orientation.
