As an Enterprise Sales Support Specialist, you play a vital role in the Vocus business by providing effective, prompt and accurate responsiveness to Enterprise, Corporate, SMB and Channel Partner business sectors through all mediums and able to provide first-rate assistance to our AU Account Managers for them to maximize their sales opportunities. This role assists in achieving a seamless transaction with sales orders, reports and management accounts required.
