Isn't that beautiful?Description of Duties1. Collect, organize, and submit Proof of Performance (POP) for media activities under LEAP's scope. These include (but are not limited to Allocation sheet Screenshots of actualized media activities Data extracts Finance extract 2. Update master and adhoc trackers to ensure proper tracking of POP, Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice Receipt (IR) submissions.3. Monitor any campaign participation and top-up processing, starting from Sales Order (SO) signing to IR.4. Effectively communicate with internal teams, client partners, and/or platforms if there are issues in terms of POPs, GRs, and IRs.Requirements degree in accountancy, finance or any related course strong analytical and problem-solving skills attention to details excellent administrative and organization skills effective communication skills Do you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced and intense environment?
